| Description | Request For Qualifications Energy Savings Performance Contract Services The City of Angleton, Texas is seeking responses to its Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from Energy Services Companies to provide a comprehensive energy and operational efficiency program that will provide sustained costs savings and revenue enhancements and meet the requirements of the Texas Energy Performance Contracting Requirements per Texas Local Government Code Chapter 302. The City of Angleton reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses resulting from this RFQ, as the best interest of the City may requires, and to waive any informality in submittals received.
