| Description | The Contractor shall be responsible for providing any and all labor, materials, and equipment required in order to construct roadway improvements for SR-313 at US-1 (SR-5) in St. Johns County, Florida. The improvements shall raise the roadway profile to allow an at-grade crossing of the FEC railroad. The project shall be constructed in accordance with the latest edition of the Florida Department of Transportation’s (FDOT) Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction and the FDOT Design Standards and Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices (“MUTCD”). Award of this Bid is contingent upon legal appropriation of funds and execution of FDOT State-Funded Grant Agreement #445799-1-54-01. |
