Design - Build Delivery Method Hvac System Replacement Science Hall, Kemper Campus

This contract includes but is not limited to the following items of work, which are listed for the convenience of the Contractor in understanding the intended scope of work: Design of a Lennox manufactured replacement HVAC system. Construction of a Lennox manufactured replacement HVAC system. All items incidental to total completion in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid. The Bid Bond may be retained by the City of Boonville, as a guaranty that if the Proposal is accepted, the bidder will execute the Contract and file an acceptable Performance Bond and Payment Bond within fifteen (15) days after the award of the Contract. The City of Boonville re-serves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive all informalities in the bids
