| Description | 1. Remove and replace the damaged and missing mortar joints on both sides of the cheek walls and either side of the south entrance door as needed. 2. Remove and replace the sealant at the capstone joints, and at the perimeter of the landing and steps. 3. Hone the center piece of stone paver/landing to minimize the ponding of water. 4. Remove the old handrail and install two new 316 stainless steel handrails in line with the door jambs. 5. Core and remove the old handrail posts and patch the stone. |
