Terrell Unit Replace Hot Water Storage Tank and Heat Exchangers - Room 529

Furnish and install all equipment and associated parts necessary to complete this project per project drawings, specifications, and manufacturer’s recommendations including but not limited to the following: A. Install temporary hot water generator. B. Remove three steam to water heat exchangers on elevated platform and associated piping valves and fittings. C. Remove old hot water storage tank. D. Remove the elevated platform, walkway, and ladder supporting the old heat exchangers. E. Install new hot water storage tank and associated piping, valves and fittings. F. Install three new steam to water heat exchangers with ground support stand and associated piping valves and fittings. G. Replace additional piping, fittings, and components as needed to ensure system startup, mechanical integrity, and reliability for the warranty period. Associated parts may include piping, steam pressure regulating valve, temperature control valves, steam traps, pressure relief valves, and inline circulating pump.
