Landscaping Service for 2021

1. Mow, trim, and edge all turf areas connected to each building approximately every 7-10 days. During drought months, the contractor will communicate with the Director of Facilities on a mowing schedule. Clear all grass clippings from sidewalks, driveways, and steps following mowing, trimming, and edging. 2. Pruning and trimming of shrubs connected to each building. All clippings and debris to be removed following pruning and trimming. Contractor will communicate a pruning and trimming schedule with the Director of Facilities. 3. Mulching and edging of mulch beds connected to each building once a year in the spring or as directed by the Director of Facilities. 4. Fall and Spring Clean Ups consisting of mulch bed care, removal of leaves and debris, weeding, re-raking and re-distributing of mulch, and removal of damaged plants. Contractor will communicate schedule with the Director of Facilities. 5. Not included for this proposal: Mowing of athletic fields in the District.
