2022-2023 Micro-Surfacing Project

Physical bid/proposal submissions will not be accepted for this solicitation. Bids/Proposals received after the due date/time will be considered non-responsive and not acceptable for award Mobilization/Demobilization; Complete. Payment will be made for mobilizing all equipment, tools, insurance, bonds, and all other job-related items to become fully mobilized at the start of the project, as well as removal of all items, and final cleanup of the project site and storage yard. Mobilization and demobilization related expenses include the Contractor's cost for the following: obtaining storage areas for equipment and construction staging area; any offices or buildings necessary for the project; providing temporary electricity; providing sanitary facilities for construction personnel; obtaining and paying for water needed for construction; providing any other utilities needed; providing and maintaining dust control over the project working area; temporary fencing; videoing the project alignment; and all other incidentals required for the Contractor to complete mobilization. Demobilization shall consist of removing all construction equipment and materials along with final clean-up of the project site and storage yard.
