| Description | 1.Removal of the existing generator, fuel tank, automatic transfer switch and related feeders, and replacement with a new generator and automatic transfer switch including fuel tanks, fuel pipes, concrete pad, protective bollards, and related feeders. 2.All electrical work required to be done inside and outside buildings. 3.Install manual transfer switch with feeder tap box for temporary generator. 4.Special Warranty (Generator): Five years from date of Substantial Completion. Manufacturer’s standard from in which manufacturer agrees to repair or replace components of packaged engine generators and associated auxiliary components that fail in materials or workmanship within specified warranty period. 5.Contract Warranty: Five years from date of Substantial Completion. Warranty shall include repair, parts, labor, lubricating oil, filters, anti-freeze and preventive maintenance as recommended by manufacturer. 6.Furnish and install new generator, generator platform and steps, automatic transfer switches, and manual transfer switches at the following facility. |
