Wyoming Domiciliary Additions and Renovations Project

Dick Anderson Construction, Inc. (CMAR) seeks to qualify and select Complete Mechanical and Electrical Subcontractors for the Preconstruction and Construction phases of the Veterans Home of Wyoming Domiciliary Additions & Renovations project. The selected Subcontractors will be expected to provide: 1. FOR THE PRECONSTRUCTION PHASE: Input to the Preconstruction team on materials & methods of construction, constructability, scheduling and cost estimating culminating in a Guaranteed Maximum Price for the complete mechanical and electrical portions of the Work at a time to be determined. Also provide input for Bid Packs to allow material and equipment suppliers an equal opportunity for bidding the material and equipment portions of the Work. 2. FOR THE CONSTRUCTION PHASE: Provide all necessary materials, tools, labor and equipment for both the Renovation and New Construction portions of the Project. Subcontractor must be able to provide Payment and Performance bonds for their portion of the work (current budget for total Renovation + New Construction = $55,322,105). This Project is being delivered on a Phased schedule. Time is of the essence, as the Guaranteed Maximum Price will be delivered in June of 2023. The State of Wyoming has selected Plan One/Architects as the Design Firm for the project. The project consists of Demolition of existing 1973 wing and new construction in existing footprint, remodel of 1983, 1941, and historic hospital spaces and new construction as an extension of the 1983 wings.
