The Vendor will replace DOORS/ DOOR BUCKS in Building1,2,8,135,143and 57 see attached file to see door numbers. The most common doors “46x84 and “40x84 3/4 x7/0 1. Replace 11 doors or door bucks 2. Remove and replace doors with standard metal door with a 90 min Fire rating. 3. Remove door buck and hardware and replace with a 90 min door buck were required with attached document. 4. Ensure that the door follows meets NFPA 80 and meets all safety requirements. 5. Ensure that the double are doors installed with fire pins. 6. Install the door with existing hardware, and install Iumescent Silicone, Fire and Smoke Seal. 7. Install a new door closer ensuring that the door closes properly and at the right speed. 8. At the end of day, the contractor will remove all debris and garbage from campus. 9. ALL DOORS MUST TO BE LABLED WITH INSPECTION SHEET 10.
