Atlantic City Airport (ACA) 2021 HVAC Upgrades Project

This project includes the replacement of existing HVAC equipment serving portions of the Airport Terminal, Parking Garage and Snow Equipment Building (SEB). Major work items include, but are not limited to, demolition of the existing equipment and replacement with new, new power circuits (where indicated) and replacement of disconnect switches, select replacement of duct work, replacement of duct smoke detectors, replacement of controls/wiring, cleaning of all existing duct work and testing, adjusting and balancing. This project is to be bid as follows: Base Bid - 1: 1. All work associated with AC-8 and AC-19 at the Airport Terminal. Base Bid - 2: 1. All work associated with AC-8 and AC-19 at the Airport Terminal. 2. All work associated with GF-1/CU-3 and AH-1/CU-1 at the Airport Parking Garage. Base Bid - 3: 1. All work associated with AC-8 and AC-19 at the Airport Terminal. 2. All work associated with GF-1/CU-3 and AH-1/CU-1 at the Airport Parking Garage. 3. All work associated with AHU-1/ACCU-1 at the Snow Equipment Building (SEB).
