Design Build Services - Lake Conine Nature Park Recreation Elements

The scope of the project is anticipated to include all survey, engineering, landscape architecture, architecture, specifications public involvement and construction to complete the design elements. Improvements are based around improvements to the park. However, as built files are expected to be made available to the DB Team. A Conceptual plan submitted as part of the FRDAP Grant is attached. These include but are not limited to: Parking Lot Access to Site - Vehicular, Pedestrian. On and offsite required improvements Various Trail Systems Picnic Areas Fishing Pier Boardwalks Kayak Launch Playground Small Restroom Facility Interpretive/Educational Signage All demolition and site work needed to complete the above tasks All on and offsite utilities/infrastructure needed to accomplish development of final scope including all necessary design and permitting Partnership and tie-ins with the adjacent Wilfred Smith Center and Neighborhood Site amenities and landscaping
