Project consists of the renovation of a three-story historic building. Scope includes selective demolition, masonry restoration, roofing, carpentry, MEP, drywall, interior finishes, and appliances. PLEASE NOTE: - Contractors may bid on all or part(s) of the bid package. Please show clearly in the bid submission which part(s) are being bid on. - Please show sales tax separate from your base bid. - This project IS prevailing wage, and certified payroll reporting may be required to Missouri Housing Development Commission and to the City of St. Louis in The Headcount worker tracking system. - Section 3 applies to this project. --- Work hour goals apply to this project as follows (a worker's hours may count toward more than one applicable category) (The City of St. Louis will track worker hours on site using The Headcount system, and subcontractors will be required to certify tracked hours in The Headcount): ------Section 3 Certified Workers: 25% of all work hours ------Apprentices in U.S. Department of Labor-Approved Apprenticeship Program: 20% of all work hours ------Minorities: 25% of all work hours ------Women: 7% of all work hours ------City of St. Louis Residents: 23% of all work hours
