Each bid shall be accompanied by a Certified or Bank Treasurer s Check or an approved Surety Company s Bid Bond in an amount not less than Ten Percent (10%) of the amount of the Base Bid of Bid Package stated in the Proposal, drawn in favor of the Owner.
