Lucie Stern Community Center (LSCC) Roof Underlayment Replacement

The Public Works Department is requesting bid quotations for Lucie Stern Community Center Roof Underlayment Replacement. Question Submission Deadline: June 8, 2023, 1:00pm Question Response Deadline: June 12, 2023, 3:00pm The project is located at the Lucie Stern Community Center at 1305 Middlefield Road, Palo Alto. Contractor will remove and save existing clay tile roofing (approximately 17,524 SF) and copper gutters. Remove and dispose of underlayment. Repair all dry rot. Install new underlayment. Reinstall copper gutters and clay tile roofing. See specifications and drawings for detailed scope of work. The contractor shall be responsible for all labor, material, tools, equipment, and services necessary for removing and replacing a portion of the existing roof underlayment, approximately 17,524 SF, at the Community Services Administration, Recreation Services area of the Lucie Stern Community Center, located at 1305 Middlefield Road, in Palo Alto, California. Contractors bidding the project shall, at their discretion, carefully measure and verify the roof areas during the mandatory bid walk. The project includes but is not limited to the following (All removal described below to include proper disposal and/or recycling per all local and code regulations).
