Roof Replacement

The WORK of this Contract will consist of removal of the existing wood roof at Well No.9, installation of new ventilation louvers onto the CMU building, and installation of a new concrete deck roof and exhaust fan. The AGENCY reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularity andto take all bids under advisement for a maximum period of 60 days. No bid shall be considered unless it is prepared on the approved Proposal forms inconformance with the Instructions to Bidders as determined by the AGENCY. Thebid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bidder's bondmade payable to the AGENCY for an amount no less than 10% of the amount bid. Forelectronic submittal of bids, the bid security must be received at the City of HuntingtonBeach Public Works Office, 2000 Main Street, no later than the bid opening date andtime
