Josephine General Hospital Demolition and Soil Removal Project Josephine County is soliciting written proposals to provide services for the complete demolition of the "A" Street Building at the former Josephine General Hospital located at 714 NW "A" Street in Grants Pass, Josephine County, Oregon. Additionally, the scope includes excavation and disposal of impacted soil located under the "A" Street Building, and abatement of utility tunnels. Removal and Disposal of Remaining Hazardous Building Material Located in 33,000 Square Foot Building and Underground Utility Tunnels Leading to and From the Structure in Strict Accordnace With All Applicable Federal, State, and Local Regulations. As Well as Excavation and Disposal of Petroleum Impacted Soil. Demolish One Three-story 33,000 Square Foot Building and Demolish and Replace the Roof of a One Story Plant.
