Quantity: Main floor = 1 Men’s and 1 Women’s bath. Second floor = 1 Men’s and 1 Women’s bath ? Remove the current wall and floor tile and replace it with a new tile of District’s choice. ? Remove all fixtures and replace them with new commercial grade fixtures. Flush valves and hand washing faucets to be manual control and ADA compliant. ? Replace existing ceiling tiles with a resilient type. (Ex. Genesis Standard Series Panel)
