Items and construction practices must meet the MDOT 2020 Standard Specifications for Construction. All work to be completed as soon as possible but not later than the completion dates noted on the project bid sheets. This is a four (4) page document. For bidding purposes, please complete pages 2-4 and submit in a sealed envelope marked HMA Overlays and Paving.
