54--Fuel Tank Weldment

Two (2) 1,200 gallon "Fireguard", aboveground double wall tanks, with (2) saddle supports, curved ladder on the side, and Sea Box mounting tabs. UL-142 & STI labeled (30 year warranty). Primary: 64" outside diameter x 7'-2" long x 3/16" thick carbon steel, butt-welded construction. (1) 2 1/2" std. wt. fill pipe ass'y; (1) 18" pressed steel manway w/ 8" fill cover ass'y; (1) 6" pipe nipple w/ emergency vent; (1) 2" fireguard coupling w/ 2" pressure/vacuum vent and pipe extens; (1) 2" fireguard coupling (clock gauge not included); (1) 2" fireguard coupling w/ 2" x 1" dbl. tap bushing and 1" dip pipe inside tank (foot valve not included), and 2" std. wt. withdraw pipe ass'y outside tank.Note: The 2" fireguard coupling w/ 2" x 1" dbl. tap bushing and 1" dip pipe inside tank, 2" std. wt. return pipe ass'y outside tank, 2" and 2 1/2" pipe and couplings are stainless steel. Secondary: 70" inside diameter x 8'-2" long x 3/16" thick carbon steel. (1) 2" tank flange with internal pipe (for interstitial leak gauge, see below); (1) 6" pipe nipple w/ emergency vent; and (1) 2" tank flange (for installing thermal insulation material). The interior will be blasted and lined with Carboline Phenoline 187 VOC for the storage of Aviation fuel. The exterior will be blasted, epoxy primed and top coated with yellow polyurethane.
