Bay Colony Lift Station Expansion Phase I

The work consists of providing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to construct the Bay Colony Lift Station Expansion Phase I, which includes but is not limited to the demolition of existing pumps and piping; the rehabilitation of the existing wet well and onsite manholes; construction of a new 15' diameter concrete wet well; providing and installing three (3) submersible pumps with accessories; providing and maintaining bypass pumping at the indicated locations on the drawings, piping, valves, protective coatings, replacement of the existing fence and gate, electrical duct bank, conduit wiring, starters, breakers, control panels, and all other associated electrical work; access driveway; and all else specified and shown on the construction documents complete in place for a fully functioning lift station.
