| Description | The Work is to paint interior first floor common areas at locust court development. First floor/lobby area: 3 bathrooms, west hallway and east hallway, community room and TV room. Trim and doors are not to be painted, Contractor to use drop cloths and tape off all trim before painting. Contractor must take care not to get any paint on fire sprinklers. Contractor shall use Hallman Lindsay off-White paint, #4616 for wall and ceiling, or approved equivalent. Patch and fill at cracks prior to painting. |
