Oak Park Avenue Improvement Projects Engineering Services

The Village requests the services of a qualified Consultant for the purpose of providing professional engineering services for construction engineering for three separate construction projects on Oak Park Avenue in Oak Park. Potentially all three projects will have different contractors. The three projects are two concurrent locally funded water and sewer main improvement projects, and a locally funded street resurfacing and corner sidewalk ramp improvement project. There is a project omission between Pleasant St and Ontario St for a future planned streetscape project which is not included as part of this contract with design (already under contract) scheduled for 2022 and construction in 2023. The phase III construction engineering contract will be locally funded and awarded by the Village of Oak Park. The initial agreement shall be on the earlier of January 18, 2021, or the last date signed by both parties, and shall continue until the completion of all work associated with the Oak Park Avenue Improvement Projects including the federally funded Resurfacing and ADA Improvements project Section 19-00265-00-RS; the Oak Park Avenue Water and Sewer Main Improvements project- South Contract No. 21-19; and the Oak Park Avenue Water and Sewer Main Improvements project- North Contract No. 21-20.
