Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Annapolis, Maryland. Conceptual plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; and road / highway. This project will contribute funds to a SHA project to add capacity and improve traffic operations along MD 170 between MD 100 and MD 174. Improvements include vehicular travel lanes as well as bicycle lanes and sidewalks. This project is 100% eligible for use of impact fees in District 1. The project is included in the county's 2023-2028 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of June 22, 2022, further details regarding design and construction have not been identified.* *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
