Description

1. Saw cut, excavate to depth of 12" and remove paved driveway surface to limits designated in the field. Approximately 14 feet X 60 feet. 2. Place 8" Class 2 Commercial Aggregate Base and compact to uniform paving surface. 3. Tack coat all surfaces with hot liquid asphalt. 4. Place 4" Type B Commercial Asphalt Concrete in 2 lifts and compact to provide uniform finished paved surface. CRACK SEALING & SEAL COATING 1. Prepare all paved surfaces in parking lot and the full extent of driveway to exit to receive crack sealing and seal coating. Work shall include: (a) Removal and replacement of all wheel stops in parking areas. (b) Cleaning and or routing cracks greater than 1/4 " as required for placement of crack sealant. 2. Pavement markings to be re-established for designated parking locations and new directional arrows in and out to be painted at entrance and exit. This is CA DIR Prevailing Wage Project
