Description

RINER Project No. 21-0560 Scope of Project: 11,500 LF of storm sewer. 9,500 LF of waterline. 5,000 LF of sanitary sewer. 14,000 concrete curb and 33,000 SY of pavement. Detention pond excavation to final grade, pilot channels, storm outfalls, slope paving, backslope swales, and interceptor structures. A bid bond or cashier's check in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance bond, a payment bond, and a one-year maintenance bond as provided for in the bid documents, for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
