Description | Provide and Install new Split AC system to support Mammography scan room 6588E and 6588D NYHHS, Manhattan Campus VAMC - 423 E. 23rd St. New York, NY 10010 Contractor to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment & supervision to Install New Split AC System IAW SOW SDVOSB is required to be registered in SAM (www.sam.gov) & verified & visible SDVOSB in VIP VetBiz (www.vetbiz.gov) at time of offer submission and before award of this contract. VETS-4212 Report must have been filed for previous year Period of Performance is 15 Calendar Days from the date of issue of Notice to Proceed. Information regarding VA NYHHCS, Manhattan Campus COVID Policy: All contractors shall follow current VA & C D C guideline Pursuant to 38 U.S.C 8127 this requirement is 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set aside. NAICS code is 236220, Small Business Size Standard is $39.5M. Project magnitude is between $10,000 and $50,000. Evaluations will be determined IAW FAR 13.106-1(a)(2). The Government shall award this procurement on the basis of price and price related factors. The Government reserves the right to make award without discussions. SITE VISIT DATE: Friday, August 5, 2022 at 10:00 am. Meet at Atrium Area by main elevators Manhattan VA 423 E. 23rd Street This will be the only site visit date for the project, no other site visits will be scheduled. IAW FAR Part 36.209 Construction contracts with architect-engineer firms. No contract for the construction of a project shall be awarded to the firm that designed the project or its subsidiaries or affiliates.
