The work for which bids are being requested consists of the following: Creation, grading, and paving of new roadway and walking path, along with associated drainage improvements and housing lot grading, and other appurtenances. A certified check or bank draft drawn on a solvent bank in the State of Michigan payable without condition to the OWNER or a satisfactory bid bond, meeting US HUD minimum bonding requirements (5%) as expressed at Form HUD-5369 Instructions to Bidders, Clause 9, executed by the bidder and a surety company shall be submitted with each bid.
