Drainage and Paving Facilities on Clay Road Segment 2

Construction of paving and drainage facilities for a half boulevard along Clay Road from Bartlett Road to Schlipf Road. BID SECURITY. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond or a certified or cashier's check, acceptable to the Owner, in an amount not less than 2 percent of the total amount bid (the "Bid Security"), as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into the Contract and execute the Bonds on the forms provided and provide the required insurance certificates within seven (7) days after the date Contract Documents are received by the Contractor. BONDS. The successful bidder must furnish a Performance Bond, a Maintenance Bond and a Payment Bond, each in the sum of 100 percent of the Contract Price, from a surety company holding a permit from the State of Texas to act as surety. Completion Date: 150 Calendar Days.
