Gym Floor Refinish Process shall start on or after March 13, 2023 and be completed by April 28, 2023 All questions shall be addressed to Facilities Director. 6175 E. Clark Rd. Bath, Michigan 48808 517-641-6721. All bidders must provide familial disclosure in compliance with MCL 380.1267 and include this information with the bid. The bid will be accompanied by a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship that exists between the owner or any employee of the bidder and any member of the Board of Education or the Superintendent of BCS. The District will not accept a bid that does not include this sworn and notarized disclosure statement. All bidders must disclose any relationship with any Iranian Company in compliance with Act No. 517 and attach this information to the bid. The bid will be accompanied by a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any relationship with any Iranian Company that exists between the Owner or any Employee of the bidder. The District will not accept a bid that does not include this sworn and notarized disclosure statement. Proposals shall remain firm for acceptance for a period of 60 days. These projects are subject to prevailing wages. Bath Community Schools will not consider or accept late bids and reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all bids. Bath Community Schools Competition Gymnasium floor shall be sanded down to remove existing coatings and painted lines. 1. Paint new lines and re-coat gym floor as reflected in design layout on Current Design. 2. Alternate bids accepted for Honeycomb design. Gymnasium Floor - 13,110 sq ft.
