Reconstruction of Bridge F-34, MP 13.3 Monroe Subdivision

Sealed bids must be returned to Mr. Dave Bierman, Bridge Structure Supervisor, by 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, March 2nd, 2023, at the Wisconsin & Southern Railroad, 1890 E. Johnson St. Madison, Wisconsin 53704. Contractors shall fully complete and sign the enclosed PROJECT BID FORM, incomplete bid forms will not be considered. Bids shall be sealed in an envelope clearly marked "BRIDGE F-34 RECONSTRUCTION - Sealed Bid". No email bids shall be accepted. The Wisconsin & Southern Railroad reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals for any reason whatsoever. Acceptance of a proposal will only be made, and will only be effective if made, by the Wisconsin & Southern Railroad in writing. All modifications to the project documents shall only be done by written addenda. All addenda received by the contractor shall be acknowledged on the completed Project Bid Form.
