Description

Project: 676-14-110B Replace Elevator in B402 Location: Tomah VA Medical Center 500 E. Veterans Street Tomah WI 54660-3105 This construction project involves the demolition of the existing elevator car, hoisting system, shaft, and the mechanical room along with the adjacent stairs that go from the first floor to the second. The existing shaft and stairwell will be infilled and become office spaces and storage rooms for first, second, and third floors. Two new elevators will be installed next to the existing elevator and mechanical rooms. The new shafts will be built in what are currently conference rooms and office spaces. Period of Performance is 400 calendar days after Notice to Proceed (NTP).
