Coshocton County Justice Center Project

New justice center facility that includes 126 beds in a total project area of approximately 40,740 sq ft. The Project is anticipated to include, but is not limited to: 24 single cells, 24 dual occupancy cells that can also be used as single cell, and 72 dorm style cells 7 different housing units, 4 with cells and 3 as dorms 1 classroom, outdoor recreation, and 3 counseling offices adjacent to the housing units Sheriff’s offices and Prosecutor’s offices Full-service kitchen, laundry, and other support areas An intake area with holding cells, officer work area, booking, inmate processing, shower, property storage and clothing issue A medical area, medical office, exam room, storage, locked medication and medical isolation cell located adjacent to the intake area Video visitation unit in each housing area

Division 06 -	Wood, Plastics, and Composites, Rough Carpentry, Finish Carpentry.

Division 08 -	Openings, Doors and Frames, Windows.
Division 09 -	Finishes, Plaster and Gypsum Board, Ceilings, Flooring, Painting and Coating.
Division 21 -	Fire Suppression.
Division 22 -	Plumbing.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
