Description | Morgantown Utility Board (MUB) requests qualification submittals for a West Virginia Licensed Remediation Specialist (LRS) to provide professional and technical services necessary to undertake cleanup of the former Dinsmore Tire property located on Don Knotts Boulevard, Morgantown, West Virginia. This project is funded by an EPA Brownfields Cleanup grant. The selected LRS will be responsible for project oversight and submitting the site into the WV Voluntary Remediation Program. Prospective Consultants must register with MUB by submitting a written Expression of Interest (EOI), which must be received by MUB no later than 3:00 p.m. August 19, 2022. Morgantown Utility Board will issue a formal Request for Qualifications (RFQ) document to all prospective Consultants who submit an EOI expressing their wish to be considered. Box 852 Morgantown, WV 26507-0852 email: rrogers@mub.org Based upon the review of the SOQ of each respondent, firms may be invited for interviews with the selection committee. Said interviews shall be by invitation only. The evaluation of respondents and the selection of any Consultant so chosen will be conducted on the basis of demonstrated competence and qualification for the described professional services, in accordance with West Virginia Code Chapter 5G.
