| Description | The work to be completed by this Contract consists of supplying all labor, equipment, and material not otherwise indicated as being supplied by others that is required for the installation, maintenance, and replacement of facilities. The scope of this work shall include masonry pointing, brick and block placement, coping repairs, and sealant applications of all types designed for masonry surfaces. The scope of repairs shall include removal and/or replacement of deteriorated concrete and concrete spall and crack repairs on both above and below grade areas. |
