This Project Consist of Removal and Disposal of Guardrail, Aggregate Base Course, Achm Surface Course, Ultrathin Bonded Wearing Course, Cold Milling Asphalt Pavement, Achm Patching of Existing Roadway, Approach Gutters, Guardrail, Maintenance of Traffic, Rumble Strips and Stripes, Loop Wiring, Pavement Marking, and Misc. Items. Routes : 49 Sections: 2 County : Greene Length : 10.903 miles in length. Federal Aid Project NHPP-0028(65) The Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Complete This Contract on or Before November 21, 2023. In Order to Have a Bid Considered, Contractors Must Furnish a Proposal Guaranty Consisting of Either a Bidder's Bond or a Certified or Cashier's Check in the Amount of Five Percent (5%) of the Total Amount Bid. in Order for a Bond to Be Acceptable to the Department, the Company Issuing the Bond Must Be Named in the Department of Treasury Listing of Companies Holding Certificates of Authority as Acceptable Sureties on Federal Bonds and as Acceptable Reinsuring Companies. the Underwriting Limitation of the Bonding Company Shall Be Adhered to.
