Pulaski Pool House Asbestos Abatement

The scope of work is the complete abatement and disposal as asbestos-containing material (ACM) as noted in the itemized list in the March 7, 2022 REPORT OF PRE-DEMOLITION ASBSETOS INSPECTION for the Pulaski Pool House at 162 Washington Street. The ACM materials include built-up roofing, roof tar, Window caulk, pipe insulation, fitting insulation, tank insulation and various debris. General Requirements - Certified Payroll - Insurance Required - Prevailing Wage Required Questions are submitted online No Beginning Immediately, Sealed bids are sought and invited by the City of Poughkeepsie (“The City”) for Pulaski Pool House Asbestos Abatement; Bid No. RFB-COP-08-22-04 as set forth in drawings and specifications prepared by City of Poughkeepsie's Engineering Department. Bids will be received by the Board of Contract and Supply, c/o Purchasing Agent, 62 Civic Center Plaza, Poughkeepsie, NY 12601 until 2:15 p.m. on Wednesday, September 14, 2022 and will be publicly opened and read aloud ½ hour after the start of a Special meeting of the Board of Contract and Supply which will be held on September 14, 2022 and will commence at 2:30 p.m, in the Common Council Chambers, located on the 3 rd Floor of City Hall. Bids may be hand delivered at any time prior to 2:15 p.m. Late bids will not be accepted.
