Renovations of North Wing and Administration Wing -Clifton T Perkins Psychiatric Hospital

Renovate approximately 50,649 gsf of the existing First and Second Floors of the North Wing and the Administration Wing of the Clifton T. Perkins Hospital building. Design ancillary site utility work and upgrade utilities within the existing building to support the renovation areas. The Administration renovated area will provide office space for the administrative and professional staff of the Hospital. The North Wing renovated area includes redesign of the four Wards floor plans. The renovations will require demolition as well as new flooring, masonry, drywall partitions, suspended ceilings, casework, finishes such as painting, mechanical, electrical and plumbing. Demolish an existing storage building. Design a new Kitchen addition of approximately 11,134 gsf. Coordination with BGE of a new redundant feeder and transformer from Dorsey Run Road to the Hospital electrical panels. Access to the Hospital must be maintained at all times.
