2021 GLO CCDR Front Street and Alleyway Drainage Improvements

Several items and quantities of work as follows: 1.The Base Bid for this Project consists of approximately 1,820 linear feet of Concrete Channel Improvements; 1,525 linear feet of Earthen Channel Improvements; installation of Erosion Control Matting; installation of 35 linear feet 10-foot by 3-foot Concrete Box Culvert, 3 Concrete Reinforced Head Walls, and all associated Clear and Grubbing, Grading, and Coordination with Property Owners backing up to the Existing Drainage and Construction Easements. 2. Alternate Bid No. 1 consists of installing approximately 615 linear feet of storm sewer pipe consisting of 8-foot by 3-foot Box Culverts and 36-inch Reinforced Concrete Pipe, and adjusting the elevations of Existing Water and Sewer Services. 3. Alternate Bid No. 2 consists of installing concrete lines approximately 1,525 linear feet of Drainage Channel, including all associated Grading.
