HVAC Automation Controls Upgrades for Calaveras County Adult Detention Facility - Admin

Proposals must be delivered to Calaveras County Administration, 891 Mountain Ranch Road, Building A, San Andreas, CA 95249, no later than 3:00 PM on March 16, 2023. Provide a detailed bid for the removal and replacement of the existing Siemens BACnet automation control system with new non-proprietary automated control system for the existing HVAC system at the location noted above. This will be a complete retrofit project of any remaining controls and accessories that will be required to operate and be compatible with several other recently completed non-proprietary system upgrades. Provide system integration of the existing Liebert monitoring panel at the (3) computer room air conditioning units (CRAC) Supply & install new VAV controllers & actuators where applicable Supply & install new zone temp sensors for VAV controllers where applicable Supply & install new exhaust fan controllers where applicable Supply & install new split system controllers where applicable Supply & install new plant controller with I/O module for recently converted air handler unit A-l Provide new core software to support max 100 devices including maintenance agreement of 1 year for upgrades and system releases where applicable Provide complete system programming integration of both existing and new equipment for a seamless transition and full control due to occupancy use including graphics where applicable Supply & install new ports and ethernet ports including backup & restore where applicable Supply & install all required conduits, cabling, raceways, tie-in, control accessories & equipment including termination of preceding system, new trending, and alarm installation where applicable Provide 60-day repair, adjustment and consulting period as needed/requested by facilities employees and engineers
