| Description | Provide all shop, labor, materials, equipment, debris/trash removal and supervision to re-surface and re-stripe Parking Lot and Access Driveway Paved surfacesMill approximately 4,000 square feet of asphalt surface on existing parking lot to a depth of approximately four inches and remove excess material. Repair any potholes and damaged areas by extracting existing materials and repair/fill using standard procedures. To the extent possible, build up low spots to prevent future pooling of water. There is a drainage problem at the front door sidewalk. Mill/trench flush with the edge of the entire length of the sidewalk to a depth of approximately eight and provide and install FILCOTEN Tec V 100 Channel 10-0 with Galvanized rail-Neutral System with Grate, or equal (See Attached). Finished drain with grate must be level flush with the sidewalk and the parking lot when the new surface is applied | ||||||
