Description

HVAC contractors to provide test, adjust, and balance (T.A.B.) services for the new HVAC system at the Bay County Sheriff’s Office Jail located at 5700 Star Avenue, Panama City, FL 32404. This 213,187 square foot facility sustained significant damage to the 61 rooftop HVAC units, 72 exhaust fans, 2 kitchen supply fans, and 2 smoke evacuation fans during Hurricane Michael on October 10, 2018 and required replacement. The awarded contractor will be required to coordinate all testing, adjusting, and balancing of the system with Trane.
