Furnish and Deliver an Integrated Pest Management Program

Furnish & Deliver an Integrated Pest Management Program for County of Cape May. The intent of these specifications is to solicit bids from qualified firms to provide the County of Cape May with Community Integrated Pest Management (hereafter “IPM”) for control of insects, spiders, rodents, and other pests for the various County locations as listed herein. Contractor must meet all standards required by local, State, and federal agencies. Pest management techniques in an IPM program include a combination of: 1. Pest monitoring 2. Appropriate sanitation practices 3. Appropriate education 4. Appropriate solid waste management 5. Appropriate buildings and grounds maintenance 6. Physical, mechanical, and biological pest control methods 7. Judicious use of pesticides. Used according to a predetermined hierarchy of pest management choices, formulations, and application techniques.
