Upgrade of Highway Garage Bay Doors

Replace 6 Garage Bay Doors at the Town Highway Facility on Maxwell Avenue Larchmont, NY. Scope of Work: A. The vendor shall provide all supervision, equipment, and labor to supply; deliver and install six (6) garage doors with silver or dark blue colored panels and three rows of insulated glass windows, six (6) new openers (carriers), all of the necessary track, six (6) door safety systems, all of the necessary weather stripping, and all of the associated (necessary) hardware at Town of Mamaroneck Highway Garage, 40 Maxwell Avenue. B. Vendor shall coordinate all work sequences with the Town Facility and staff to minimize disruption of Highway Department activities. C. Vendor shall make every effort to remove existing and install new door on same day. If new door cannot be installed on same day, Vendor shall provide temporary opening protection. D. Vendor shall be responsible for removal and disposal of all demolished materials, trash, and other construction debris off site. E. At no time shall more than two apparatus bay garage doors shall be unavailable at any one time. F. The total installation process shall not exceed 45 days.
