City Hall Repairs/Improvements

Repairs and Improvements to City Hall. List of Repairs, Modifications, and Upgrades: 1. Replace all flooring with LVP flooring. 2. Paint all walls, ceilings, doors and trim. 3. Pour sidewalks from back of buildings connecting sidewalks in front of buildings. 4. Build ADA handicap ramp for front entrance. 5. Install ADA handrails on new ramp and steps from sidewalks 6. Install ADA automatic door opener with push button for handicap accessibility. 7. Remove wall and install retractable wall in council chambers 8. Build wall and install door in hallway for police to have separation from the public. 9. Install doorway from Building Inspector's office to main part of the building. 10. Relocate drop box from back of building to front of building. 11. Install video doorbell system with option to unlock door from office. 12. Replace fluorescent light with LED lighting.
