Description

Contractor shall be responsible for the complete design, installation, and/or provisioning of Contact Center equipment and/or services at facilities located across the State of Arizona. Contractor shall also be responsible for the maintenance, administration, operation, and related activities associated with the State’s Arizona Network (AZNet Program). This Scope of Work (SOW) describes the Contact Center Services which includes the current environment of the State, communications assets, the required future State Services and various other governing requirements such as Service Level Requirements, implementation timelines and more that are essential for Contract Performance.
