Bridge Deck Rehabilitations

Bridge Deck Rehabilitations: School Road, South Grade Road, 5th Avenue SE, 2nd Avenue SE and Adams Street; deck sealant application, concrete patching, joint repairs and appurtenances, all in accordance with the Plans and Specifications on file in the City of Hutchinson Engineering Office. The approximate major quantities of work involved are: ITEM UNIT QUANTITY MMA Flood Seal SQ FT 45922 Clean and Seal Deck Joints LIN FT 1646 Reconstruct Expansion Joint Type A LIN FT 87 Expansion Joint Devices Type 4 LIN FT 87 Traffic Control LUMP SUM 1 All bids shall be made on the Proposal Forms of the City and shall be accompanied by a cashier's check, bid bond or certified check, payable to the order of the City of Hutchinson, Minnesota, for not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid. The Council, will consider said bids and responsibility of the bidders during the Council Meeting at 5:30 pm on Tuesday, February 28, 2023 in the Council Chambers of the Hutchinson City Center. Any bids submitted by contractors not on the Plan Holder List will not be considered at the time for opening of bids and will be returned to the contractor. The City Council reserves the right to reject all bids and to waive any informalities and irregularities.
