Description

DCAMM Certificate Required Consists of a single story 44,400 GSF building, located at 18 Industrial Drive, Holden, including administrative offices, repair shops and equipment storage. The steel structure, metal roof and exterior metal panels will be a design-build metal building included in the General Contractor bid. There is no below grade structure. Sitework includes site utilities, paving, fuel island and pre fabricated salt shed.
