Description Replacement of the existing boiler system located in the General Studies building. This boiler system supplies the General Studies building, Patton building and the Arts/Science building. Contractor to provide a turnkey job of removing and the existing boiler and installing the new boiler system. Work area and equipment room to be left in a clean and good condition. Contractor is to provide like or similar functional equivalent Boiler #1: Lochinvar #FBN1751 (106 Gallon Capacity, 176 SQ FT Heating Surface, 350 GPM MAX FLOW RATE, 1,750,000 BTUH INPUT. 1,684,000 BTUH OUTPUT , 120V). Contractor is to provide like or similar functional equivalent Boiler #2: Lochinvar #FBN1751 (106 Gallon Capacity, 176 SQ FT Heating Surface, 350 GPM MAX FLOW RA TE, 1,750,000 BTUH INPUT. 1,684,000 BTUH OUTPUT, 120V). Contractor is to provide like or similar functional equivalent Buffer Tank #1: Lochinvar #BVU-400 (400 Gallon, 125 PSI WORKING PRESSURE @ 400 DEGREE FAHRENHEIT, ASME TANK CONSTRUCTION, AUTO AIR VENT, 4" FLANGED CONNECTIONS Contractor is to provide like or similar functional equivalent Circulator Pump (CP1) Bell & Gossett #ECOCIRC XL 40-200 (100 GPM @ 20' TDH, 1 HP, 208V, 1 PHASE)
