| Description | Tract A: North Auburn (+/- 236 acres) Chemical Site Prep Spray & Site Prep Burn Ground or aerial application of glyphosate & imazapyr tank mixture (or equivalent effective mix) to control herbaceous, woody vegetation, and residual pine seedlings. Site prep burn +/- 6 weeks following chemical application to remove woody debris and remaining residual pine. Any needed fire breaks for burn will be responsibility of winning bidder.
